Drip Irrigation Repair in Scottsdale & Phoenix
Desert Pro Irrigation fixes clogged or missing emitters, broken drip lines, chewed tubing and failing filters and pressure regulators for desert landscapes across Scottsdale and the Phoenix metro. We trace the line, replace what is damaged and check that every plant is getting water before we leave.
How do I know my drip system is broken?
A plant wilting while its neighbors are fine, wet spots or bubbling soil away from plants, emitters that spray instead of drip, or a valve box that stays wet. Missing emitters are common after landscaping work.
Why do drip systems fail in the desert?
Hard water and debris clog emitters, UV breaks down exposed tubing, and animals chew lines looking for water. Plants also grow, so emitters placed at the trunk years ago no longer reach the roots.
Should emitters move as plants grow?
Yes. University of Arizona Extension guidance notes that roots near trunks don't absorb water well and emitters should move out toward the drip line as plants grow (UA Cooperative Extension, PDF).

What affects the price?
The cause, parts needed, how many zones are involved and how hard the problem is to reach. We give you the price before any work starts.
Frequently asked questions
Do you replace the whole drip line or just the bad part?
Usually just the damaged section. If the tubing is brittle throughout, we'll show you and quote a replacement.
Can you add emitters for new plants?
Yes. We add emitters sized to the plant and adjust the zone so new and established plants get what they need.
